Questions from students and parents.

What if a mark looks wrong?

Every question on the platform has a report button, and Joe reads every disputed mark that comes through it. Use Report a problem on the question to explain what looks wrong. Read about Joe and his teaching experience. Email Joe about the platform.

How does marking work, and what are its limits?

Calculations and short answers are marked automatically. Written and drawn answers are self-marked against a scheme. Automated marking can miss a valid way of expressing an answer; use the mark scheme and worked solution to understand the result. Generated questions vary the numbers or examples, but finite question sets can repeat. A platform mark is revision feedback, not an exam grade.

How do I cancel Full?

A paid subscription renews monthly or annually until you cancel. Cancel any time through Manage subscription on your account page. You keep Full until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Payments are taken by Paddle.com, the seller of record. See the platform terms.

What is the 14-day refund right?

Within fourteen days of a first payment you can cancel for a full refund, through Manage subscription or by email, no questions asked. The fourteen-day refund stands even though Full starts when you pay. Read the Refund policy.

What happens to my data?

An account uses your email address and saves your answers and progress across devices. Your card details go to Paddle and never to us. The platform loads no analytics or advertising tracker. You can delete your learning data from your account page; email Joe to remove the account itself. Read the Privacy policy for what is stored, who handles it and how to request deletion.

Which course does the platform cover?

AQA A-Level Chemistry (7404/7405) only. GCSE and other exam boards are not covered by the platform today. The free revision resources have their own level and board labels; check those before you use them.

Can schools use it?

Teachers can share the free revision notes and past-paper resources without an account. The plans on this page are individual student accounts, not a school dashboard or class licence. For school enquiries, contact Joe.
